BPI NET EMPRESAS AGREEMENT

We hereby authorise(a) to access through the BPI Net Empresas service the accounts held by us and detailed herein, and to carry out, for and on our behalf, any transactions allowed through the aforesaid service.

We inform that we are aware of the General Conditions of the BPI Net Empresas service, and that we have received all information deemed necessary. Therefore, we irrevocably and severally undertake with(a) to fulfil all obligations that, under this authority, result from the aforesaid conditions, conferring on the Customer the authority to appoint, under the terms of the agreement, the Users who may use the service to access the aforesaid accounts.

We take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information and transaction processing orders given to Banco BPI, therefore, Banco BPI shall not take part in any dispute between us and(a) due to inaccurate data processed under the BPI Net Empresas Agreement for causes not attributable to Banco BPI.
